Opportunity
Due to continued growth and strong demand for our services, we have a vacancy for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Team Leader to join this well-established HVAC business based in Fyshwick, Canberra. Working across residential and occasional commercial projects, the business provides end-to-end solutions including installation, repairs, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems.
Management
This is a family-owned and operated business with a hands-on leadership approach. You would work under the strategic direction of the Director, who is approachable, supportive, and committed to fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment. Your Experience
-
You will be a qualified HVAC tradesperson with:
- Minimum 2 years post-trade experience in refrigeration and air conditioning
- Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills
- Current driver's licence
- Police clearance or willingness to obtain
