Description of the job

We are looking for a person that is willing to educate themselves on the current systems and look for efficiencies in which can be implemented into the business. We want them to bring their own touch to the operations of the business from experiences with previous jobs or from constantly looking at the current systems and/or new systems to find ways to improve the business operations.

This is really a growing role; we can be flexible with working arrangements and salary is negotiable $65k - $85K depending on the experience.

A well-established local company specialising in Project Management, Fit Outs, alterations and renovations, maintenance and trades services to ACT region. Their clients are both in the private and government sectors across residential, commercial and government properties. About the role/s

Due to exceptional business growth we are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the team. This role is suitable for someone who is highly driven and is known for their professionalism, ability to multi task and is confident to make changes or improvements to ensure optimum efficiencies within the business. Open to someone with existing experience or an experienced administrator looking to step up.

Key Responsibilities for the role/s

* Manage the day to day operations of the office and provide support to the company Director

* Managing customer enquiries and general enquiries efficiently and professionally.

* Implement systems in the company

* Staff training and co-ordination and support company culture

* Booking in jobs and trades, data entry, quoting, invoicing, ordering materials, job cost tracking and coordination of jobs company software package

* Design and develop company procedures and systems for day to day operations including Asana and System Hub

Skills & experience

* Experienced in Office Administration and or Management ideally within the construction/trade industry.

* You would be neat, professional, highly organised and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

* Proven experience in designing and developing procedures and systems to improve company efficiencies

* Experience with photo software and moving documents eg: servicem8 or simPRO.

* Strong experience with Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

* Excellent time management and an outstanding attention to detail.

* Capable of maintaining a high standard of work, punctual and reliable.

* Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
