APS 4/5 Administration Officer
We are looking to fill APS 4 and APS 5 Administration Officer vacancies on a labour hire/non ongoing/s26 basis within the Federal Government.
- Minimum Baseline Clearance preferred, or ability to obtain.
- Full Australian Citizen Working Rights required.
- Labour Hire/Non-Ongoing/s26 available
The primary focus of the APS 4/5 Administration Officer is to provide high level administrative support to the team, such as:
- Providing general administrative support and assistance.
- Managing and maintenance of inbox/s
- Providing secretariat support, arranging, and coordinating meetings
- Managing correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support and guidance on relevant policy and procedures.
- Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Contributing to corporate planning and reporting processes.
- Additional general ad hoc duties
- Australian Citizenship required for Federal Government
- Minimum Baseline Clearance preferred.
- Experience in providing administrative support in a corporate environment.
- A demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal, liaison and representational skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of government processes and procedures (highly desirable).

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
