This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising integrated project schedules that support strategic outcomes across the program lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will bring a high level of technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and sharp analytical capabilities to ensure effective resource allocation and timely achievement of key milestones.
Key duties include but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the program manager and project managers to continually monitor and update programs and projects to ensure they are maintained, agreed milestones are met and resources are utilised effectively.
- Formulate & develop advanced scheduling methodology that gives continual work flow for the overall work programs.
- Ensure the Master Schedule for the program / projects is maintained.
- Coordinate inter-project dependencies and resource allocation.
- Assist in validating and tracking project delivery activities.
- Ensure that scheduling operates in accordance with management systems.
- Collaborate with program manager and project managers to create schedules and ensure proper planning is completed prior to the commencement of work.
- Proven experience in program or project scheduling within complex, multi-project environments.
- Strong proficiency in scheduling tools and an ability to analyse and interpret resource data, and generate actionable insights.
- High level ability to work to deadlines while managing multiple tasks of differing priority.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE2).
- Experience in governance and compliance related to scheduling and resource management.

Eligibility: Open to Australian Citizens with active Baseline Clearance
Working Arrangements: Hybrid - Minimum 2 days a week in the office
