The Role
As Senior Manager of Internal Audit, you will work with audit executives and our Directors, taking on key responsibilities including:
- Lead and deliver internal audit and risk consulting engagements across a diverse client portfolio
- Build and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Provide tailored, insight-driven solutions using deep technical and industry knowledge
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering both technical and professional growth
- Ensure efficient project delivery, including budgeting, job economics, and timely billing
You are an experienced internal audit and risk professional, either from a consulting background at manager level or above, or from the APS at EL1 level or higher.
You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, a track record of successful project delivery, and proven team leadership experience. You manage competing priorities with ease and work confidently both independently and collaboratively. With excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and a commitment to confidentiality, you consistently uphold high professional standards.
Salary / Rate
- $120k - $150k + Super + Bonus
- Permanent full-time position
- Centrally located Office
