We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping department as an Laundry/Uniform Attendant. What You’ll Do:

• Operate laundry machinery (washing machines, flat ironer, folding machines) according to specifications.
• Sort linen by type and color, and weigh wash loads as per standards.
• Maintain clean and dry floor areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
• Accurately record production work and linen inventory, including discarded or damaged linen.
• Place clean linen in storage according to type, size, and color.
• Assist with other duties as needed, including supporting the Valet, Uniform Room, or Housekeeping team.
• Alter uniforms as needed, basic sewing skills will be required to operate sewing machine.

What Makes You Perfect for This Role:

• Proven experience as a Laundry Attendant or similar role.
• Seamstress experience is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to hem, alter and tailor clothing.
• Availability to work between 11 pm and 7 am, including weekends and public holidays.
• High attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks with precision.
• A strong sense of professionalism and pride in personal grooming.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
