Ensure high-quality service, minimise downtime, and maintain strong customer satisfaction while supporting workload coordination, system improvements, and effective collaboration with technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise) + Configuration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of building services (e.g. CCTV, Type 1A, Access control and Third-Party Systems). + Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required. + Minor Project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved. + Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell Systems leveraging off your Honeywell and Industry product knowledge to the service business and customers (existing and new). This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on implementation projects + Contract Retention and New client contact + Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients, Customer surveys and NPS targets. + Site audits. + Ensure Playbook activities are completed for the team each month. + HSE assessments are carried out and updated annually for all contracts and projects. + HSE Safety Plans are available at all sites as required. **Key Experience & Capabilities:** + Intermediate to High computer skills + Supervisor Trade Certificate an advantage + Electrical Associate Diploma or higher an advantage + Able to hold/Maintain Government security clearance if required + Must have a full Australian Drivers Licence + Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment + Gallagher experience preferred + At least four years' experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell security systems and products across systems. + Strong experience in building (Security) Systems including trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis. + Security license **Who We Are** The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
