Collaborate with hotel leadership to elevate the guest journey across every outlet.
Oversee budgets, staffing, and operational standards while ensuring financial performance.
Set expectations, hold leaders accountable, and inspire service excellence.
Deliver revenue growth through innovation, activations, and unforgettable events.
Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to keep us ahead of the game.
Reports directly to the General Manager.

Proven experience in top-class beach club, restaurant, or multi-outlet venues (large venue experience essential).
Entrepreneurial, innovative, and commercially sharp, you get P&Ls, budgets, and strategy.
Obsessed with customer service and brand experiences.
Natural coach, trainer, and motivator and you bring out the best in your team.
Deadline-driven, results-focused, and relentless about standards.
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Tech and numbers savvy: Microsoft Office, reporting systems, and financial management.
