We’re seeking an inspiring and experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators at

Busy Bees at Panania, located at 124 Lambeth Street, Panania NSW 2113, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in driving quality practice, supporting curriculum development, and leading continuous improvement across the service.

What you’ll do

  • Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality

  • Guide implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) across the centre

  • Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice

  • Drive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF)

  • Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team

  • Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children

What you’ll bring

  • A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values

  • Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards)

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)

  • Experience mentoring or supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs

  • Confidence in curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice

  • A genuine passion for quality early learning and supporting educator growth

  • Current Working with Children Check for NSW
