We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Hindmarsh.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced but supportive office environment.
Reporting to the Des's Minibus Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting customers with bookings and transport solutions
- Liaising with drivers and customers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Always providing outstanding customer service
- Supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to a safe and positive workplace culture
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and works well in a team environment
- A strong communicator with a great phone manner
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using computers

Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
