Our client is an established and premium banking and financial services organisation. Reporting to the CEO and on the executive leadership team, they are seeking an experienced and commercially minded CTO to play a key role in accelerating business growth from a position of market strength.
Building on a foundation of premium tooling with an established and cohesive technology group, the successful candidate will drive business enablement and best-in-market customer experience leveraging technology, data and AI.
You will own all aspects of technology vision and delivery including: strategy, systems architecture, data and AI enablement, business process automation and operational efficiency, championing company‑wide change advocacy and uptake and satisfying requisite cyber security and compliance obligations.
What you will bring:- Data and AI expertise with demonstrated success leading enterprise‑wide data, analytics, automation and AI transformation initiatives
- Expertise in financial services
- Demonstrated experience leading significant enterprise technology investment, transformation programs and strategic vendor partnerships within complex financial services environments.
- Exceptional inclusive leadership with executive presence. Ability to win support and active engagement from key stakeholder groups and teams.
- Brilliant communication skills at all levels. Ability to own and communicate a clear technology vision and lead the successful organization‑wide change delivery journey.
- Suitability to work in a fast paced, agile, low ego and ambitious business culture, with the capability and willingness to flex between strategy and delivery.
