Job from partnerBased in the ACT, our client is the leader in supporting the ADF and developing individual and collective training using the new Core Simulation Capability known as CSimC. The successful candidate will be group, operating within the Joint Capability Training Branch will be responsible for delivering simulation services to make the Joint Collective Training environment as real and accessible as possible.
You will be working in the HQJOC Joint Collective Training Branch (JCTB) J7. In this role you will be working alongside ADF and coalition planners as well as working closely with a large technical team responsible for designing and delivering simulation solutions in support of joint collective training outcomes.
The Role:
- A former member of Army ranked either O4/O5 or O6.
- Joint Operational Experience
- Have JTF experience or joint exercise panning experience
- Excellent Stakeholder management and engagement
- Unit or Sub-Unit leadership experience
This role would be ideal for the right person to make that transition into Civi Street, the role will have you working with a close-knit group of ex-military planning specialists and technical professionals to deliver robust and effective simulation solutions to support ADF training. These roles are an ideal opportunity to utilise your Defence experience and to contribute to significant preparedness and training outcomes across the ADF.
