Own delivery of new release, deployment, and ongoing operation. Be SPOC for all client communications as a relationship manager. Resolve escalations, Run Governance reviews, prepare content for governance reviews along with project team Ensure SLA's and other delivery metrics are tracked and achieved. Lead entire onshore / offshore delivery teams and guide them on next steps Lead new opportunities , coordinate with SL presales teams and run solution discussions in line with client expectations Should govern Account / project financials
