As a Full Time Manager in Training (3IC) at Belconnen, you’ll play a key role in the day success of the store. You will:
Provide reliable day‑to‑day leadership — confidently stepping up to run the floor and keep things moving smoothly.
Lead from the front with hands‑on customer engagement, solving problems on the spot and setting the tone for service excellence.
Support the team by communicating clearly, passing on information, and keeping everyone aligned with store priorities.
Build strong product knowledge and become the go‑to person for gear advice, sustainability stories, and technical features.
Bring consistency, dependability, and positive energy — especially during busy periods or unexpected challenges.
