About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join Automic Markets, supporting a portfolio of listed and pre-listing clients with high-quality investor relations and market communications services.

This role sits at the centre of client delivery, relationship management, and operational excellence. You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring investor relations activities are delivered seamlessly, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Working closely with Managing Principals and senior colleagues, you’ll help clients navigate ASX disclosure obligations, shareholder communications, investor engagement, and key market events, while also contributing to client growth, team capability, and service innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced market environments, client partnership, and high-quality execution.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of listed and pre-listing clients
• Prepare and coordinate shareholder communications
• Support investor briefings, client meetings, and board communication planning
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of investor relations activities
• Build strong client relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and reliability
• Identify additional service opportunities and support growth discussions
• Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate regular engagement reviews
• Maintain strong knowledge of ASX requirements and continuous disclosure obligations
• Ensure consistent documentation, quality control, and data integrity
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance delivery and client outcomes
• Collaborate with Associate Principals and Principals on complex client projects
• Share knowledge and support the development of junior team members
• Contribute to internal training and team capability initiatives
• Represent Automic professionally across all client interactions
• Attend investor and industry events to support Automic’s market presence and brand visibility



Skills And Experiences

Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years’ experience in investor relations, financial communications, capital markets, or corporate governance
• Strong understanding of ASX disclosure obligations and market processes
• Experience preparing ASX announcements and shareholder communications
• Demonstrated ability managing client portfolios and time-sensitive deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Client-focused mindset with strong relationship management capability
• Experience within registry, corporate advisory, or fund administration environments highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in fast-moving and deadline-driven environments
