We partner with major clients including Urban Utilities, Coliban Water, Melbourne Water, and SA Water. With a strong pipeline of work and impressive backlog, we offer both stability and the opportunity to be selective in the projects we pursue. **The Opportunity - Associate / Principal Planning Engineer** Reporting to the Water Section Executive, Asset Management & Planning, you will play a key role in technical delivery, client engagement, and business development. This is a strategic leadership position, where you will help strengthen our pipeline, lead complex projects, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our Water business. **What You'll Do** + Drive business development and contribute to winning work aligned with AMP services + Lead the technical delivery of projects across a range of water programs + Support and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture + Translate strategic plans into actionable delivery outcomes + Build strong client relationships and represent WSP at industry events + Contribute to thought leadership within the water sector **About You** This role is critical to our future growth.
