Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant, bar, room service and event service operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, with the support of an Assistant Manager, you’ll bring leadership, creativity and operational strength to drive exceptional guest experiences.
In this high‑impact role, you will:
- Lead, coach and inspire the Food & Beverage team
- Oversee all operational areas including restaurant, bar and room service
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to elevate guest experience
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and compliance
- Manage rosters, stock, cost control and reporting
- Review performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
- Play a key role in hotel‑wide leadership conversations and collaboration
- Champion Accor’s values and the Heartist service culture
