Role – Finance Manager
Continuing to adapt, grow and evolve they are now looking for an experienced Finance Manager to work closely with the senior leadership team providing commercial guidance contributing to strategic planning & business performance through their next phase of growth & beyond
- Lead & mentor a small team of 2 accounts and finance team members
- Ensure compliance, governance & reporting requirements across ATO, ASIC, QBCC
- Provide guidance on cost control, pricing, tenders, profitability insights & tracking
- Maintain internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks
- Drive process improvements to streamline job costing, invoicing, and claims reconciliation with insurers
- Implement automation & reporting enhancements to support business growth
- Manage cashflow forecasting, working capital, and budgeting cycles
- Foster a culture which recognises effort, achievement & loyalty, and values its people
- Stay current with best practice & regulatory changes to ensure the business adapts as required

Essential
- Previous experience in a similar Finance Manager role leading a team
- Strong communication, with the ability to translate financial data into operational insights.
- Collaborative & supportive approach to leading people & teams
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced but supported environment with tight insurer deadlines
- Formal studies in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
- Previous experience in financial management within construction, insurance repair or a trade related business
