We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales executive who is passionate about sales, business development, and technology-driven services. You will be equipped with access to multiple verified databases and lead-generation tools, as well as ongoing guidance from our senior sales and technical teams.

Requirements

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Work on company-provided data and tools to identify potential clients across industries.
Perform lead mining through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, and industry events.
Qualify and categorize leads based on potential and relevance.

Outbound Sales Activities:

Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and connect with prospects via LinkedIn or other professional platforms.
Schedule discovery calls and demos with potential clients in coordination with the pre-sales team.

Relationship Building:

Attend relevant networking events, trade shows, or webinars to meet prospects and represent the company.
Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure business continuity and referrals.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Track all outreach activities, leads, and opportunities through CRM tools.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.

Revenue Growth:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing qualified deals.
Upsell and cross-sell company services to existing clients.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Participate in weekly and monthly review meetings with the Business Development leadership.
Share market insights, feedback, and competitor information to improve go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline.
5+ years of experience in IT Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Prior internship or exposure to sales/marketing will be an added advantage.
