We are seeking a ServiceNow Infrastructure Development Specialist to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work both onsite and remotely while delivering innovative solutions that drive efficiency and improve service delivery.
In this role you will be responsible for:
+ Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions to streamline IT service management processes.
+ Optimize ServiceNow ITOM functionalities for seamless integration and improved IT operations.
+ Design and deploy ServiceNow ITAM solutions to manage IT assets and ensure compliance.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
+ Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
+ Conduct testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
+ Monitor and maintain ServiceNow environments for optimal performance.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues promptly.
+ Stay current with ServiceNow features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
+ Document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
+ Provide training and support to end-users for effective utilization of ServiceNow solutions.
**To be successful in this position your experience and skills should include:**
+ Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM and a deep understanding of IT service management processes.
+ Strong background in ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM.
+ Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues.
+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
+ Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
+ Track record of delivering successful ServiceNow implementations that drive business value.
