The Role on offer

Working in Melbourne for a highly regarded manager, this role will see you working in a relaxed, fun and professional engineering construction environment. You will be leading a team of draughtsmen and driving the client relationship. You will be working for an exceptional manager who is both inspiring and supportive. You will be using a range of drafting applications to provide accurate drawings for equipment positioning, piperuns, ductwork and ventilation. You will enjoy peer relationships across engineering, Project Management and the design team. Selection Criteria

You have proven experience and a track record that includes:

• 5 - 15 Years experience as a shopdrawing mechanical draftsperson in the contracting space with experience in QA, leading and mentoring
• Extensive experience drafting in the HVAC contractor space and ducting market is essential
• Very strong draftsman who are looking for a chance to lead people will also be considered for this role
• An excellent team player with an outgoing team environment
• Ability to lead client meetings to discuss projects
• Strong REVIT skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with both colleagues and clients
• Previous experience with a mechanical contractor in the Melbourne market Essential
