Earlyhood Recruitment is searching for a passionate Cert III, Diploma or ECT qualified Educator to join a beautiful childcare centre located in St Leonards

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Cert III, Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- At least 2 year experience in the early childhood industry
- Working with Children Check (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS & NQS
