Permanent Part Time (x1-2 days per week) or Contractor Role Available

The Role:

The role involves attending to AHP referrals in person onsite, including menu reviews, weight loss, specialised diet reviews, food refusal, and meal planning.

• Permanent part-time: Any two days between Monday to Friday.
• High base salary (Depending on experience) + Superannuation + Employee Benefits.
• Or come onboard as a contractor - flexible working arrangements!
• Location: Canberra ACT!
• Conduct nutrition assessments and dietary reviews for residents on-site. Provide support for dietary needs related to swallowing and chewing difficulties, bowel and intestinal issues etc.
• Develop individualised, evidence-based treatment plans.
• If you have experience - Occasionally conduct seasonal menu reviews.

Requirements:

• Certification for Dietetics.
• Registration with ADA.
• National Police Check or/and NDIS Workers Check.
• Current flu vaccination and at least two COVID vaccinations plus one booster (total of three).
• Experience in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF) and homecare/community settings, particularly with older populations.
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
• Ensure high communication is met with your regional manager and rostering team.
