As an Electrical Fitter you will undertake a variety of works associated with the construction and maintenance of Evoenergy’s Electrical Network. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of maintaining a future focused electricity network for the ACT.

Key responsibilities:

• The installation of services from Evoenergy distribution network to customers premises,
• Zone and distribution substation construction and maintenance,
• Fault response and fault rectification works,
• The development, coaching and mentoring of fellow Workers including Apprentices;
• Participate in on-call & shift-work rosters as necessary based on Evoenergy policy

Our ideal candidate:

• You take active steps to ensure the safety of your colleagues and our community, championing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment
• Minimum Certificate III Systems Electrician.
• Previous successful work in field on construction and/or maintenance of network infrastructure.
• High risk license – EWP
• OH&S General Induction Card
• Asbestos Awareness training
• Hold a current ACT motor vehicle licence or its acceptable equivalent.
