The centre is extremely team-focused and have succeeded in creating a culture build on collaboration and support. You will benefit from working closely with ECT trained Room Leaders and a highly experienced management team to develop and deliver high quality programs throughout the service.

- Qualification: Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Staffing: School consistently maintains staffing levels above the required ratio
- Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Full working rights in Australia, with no working restrictions
- Proven experience working in Australian Early Childhood Education settings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team mentality
- Genuine passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences and care to children
- Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Valid Working With Vulnerable People Check
- Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications
