The Role

As Business Operations Lead, you will manage the implementation and ongoing performance of the administrative support function within Content Management & Distribution (CMD). CMD is a busy, dynamic team with a mix of operational and strategic objectives. It is made up of ABC Archives, Content Workflows, and our Transmission and Distribution teams.

This role will require you to identify, develop and implement initiatives that drive continuous improvement for effective business operations, with a particular focus on financial capability.

You will embed a range of processes that assist the CMD Leadership Team manage business policy and compliance. As part of the broader P&T Operations Team you will manage adherence with relevant procedures and practices including workforce planning in line with the enterprise agreement.

About You

You are looking for a newly created role in a great team!

You will have a good understanding and a strong interest in CMD priorities, and the ability to apply budget management skills to achieve strategic objectives and budgetary targets.

With exceptional administration skills, you'll have extensive experience in interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreement requirements to workforce planning, reporting, rostering and time and attendance systems.

You have a proven history of leading, developing and supporting small teams to achieve outstanding results.

You possess exceptional interpersonal skills, along with highly advanced business writing and communication skills. You are competent in preparing complex reports, with the ability to convey financial and operational department insights.
